Sadie Guichard did an excellent job helping us to sell our home. She was so easy to work with - a real partner. And she fought for our best interest in a situation that was very challenging. The little things she did like taking our dog to her place during a showing and planting some flowers we couldn't get in the ground before our vacation, meant a lot. Sadie was definitely willing to go the extra mile. She helped us to sell our house in a very bad economy and the offer we accepted was one we were happy with.

We worked with Sadie for a year, to find our first home.  She had lots of patience with us, and she made us feel like we were the only clients she had.  She is very knowledgeable in her field, and enjoys what she does.  What can I say about Sadie Guichard?

Sadie (Guichard), what a fabulous transformation!  The selected colors are warm, complementary and clearly take into account this home is for a group of teenage boys.  All the accessories – from the curtains and blinds to the framed sports photos and pillows - really add to the new "homey” atmosphere.  And with the new configuration, the blinds remain open allowing the sunlight to filter through.

And the television!  It’s hard to get the kids away from it!  With the cable connected and the fall sports scene in full swing, the guys are loving all the action on the screen.  And thanks to your generosity they have the best seat in the house!

The Director and her staff are raving about the makeover and all the extras that you and your team so generously provided to Roxbury House.  The new dishes are a welcome addition, along with the great linens for the dining area and bedrooms.  And the goody bags for each of the guys was a nice touch.  Truly the success of our programs can be attributed not only to our dedicated staff, but also to volunteers like you who go out of their way to ensure that the kids in our care realize they are part of a supportive community.

I was just talking about how wonderful your group was and how proud the guys are of their new digs.  Several people wanted to know how they could sign up for your next community service day!

It’s amazing how a fresh coat of paint and new accessories make a house, a home.  And your keen insights and décor sense really made a difference.  Thank you again for brightening up the lives of our staff, and these boys.
